SECTION A – SHIPPING

Accessories

Free shipping in Canada on orders over $200 before tax.*

Flat shipping of $14.99 for orders under $200 before tax.*

Ships via Canada post, FedEx, Purolator or UPS with tracking numbers which will be emailed to you after your purchase is processed. Usually arrives within 10 business days. If you need it rushed, please add that to the notes of your order.

United States flat shipping of $24.99.*

*Extra Shipping surcharges may be incurred for remote locations and or large packages. We will notify you of any overages prior to shipping

International Shipping

Please email hello@urkai.com if you are outside of Canada and we will provide you with a quote.

Bikes & Cargo Bikes

We ship our bicycles and cargo bikes to all of Canada and the United States.  Please email us for a shipping quote.

SECTION B: Returns

Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We of course honour all warranties of our products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Child seats, bikes, parts & helmets cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted and a 30%-50% restocking fee applies:  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@urkai.com and send your item to: Urkai Inc, 2-678 Guelph Line, Burlington, Ontario, L7R 3M8.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent? We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
